Dein neues Zimmer hat direkten Balkonzugang, mit Sofa und Möglichkeiten zum Anbau von Pflanze, Gemüse usw. (bisher ist er noch nicht so grün, wie ich ihn gerne hätte;)), ist gemütliche 15m^2 groß, sodass du alles wichtige unter bekommst. Der große weiße Schrank kann gerne im Zimmer bleiben. Gerne kannst du deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen. Ansonsten kann ich zum Übergang eine Schlafmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung stellen.
Zur Wohnung gehört noch eine gemütliche Küche, in der über Spülmaschine, Kaffe- und Expressokocher, Steh- und Handmixer-Set, Waffeleisen und Raklett vorhanden sind, um sich beim Backen und Kochen auszutoben.
Außerdem gibt es ein schönes Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine und im Keller haben wir ein privates Kellerabteil, in dem super mehrer Paar Ski, Fahrräder und übrige Kisten platzfinden.
Zum Fahrräder abstellen gibt es auch noch den Hinterhof und einen Fahrradkeller für alle Bewohner.

Your new room has direct balcony access, with sofa and possibilities to grow plant, vegetables etc. (so far it is not yet as green as I would like it to be;)), is cozy 15m^2 in size, so you get everything of importance in it. The large white cabinet can stay in the room. You are welcome to bring your own furniture. Otherwise, I can provide a sleeping opportunity for some time.
The apartment also has a cozy kitchen with dishwasher, coffee and expresso maker, s mixer set, waffle iron and Raklett to enjoy baking and cooking.
There is also a nice bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and in the basement we have a private cellar compartment that is great for several pairs of skis, bicycles and remaining boxes.
To park bicycles there is also the backyard and a bicycle cellar for all residents.
Sehr zentral, nur 1km zum Hauptbahnhof, 2km zur TechFak, knapp 2km zum Uniklinikum.

Zusammen wohnen wirst du mit mir, Birte - begeisterte Sportwissenschaftlerin, Reise-, Musik- und Bücherliebhaberin. Nach meinem Sportstudium in Konstanz und Karlsruhe hat es mich 2021 für meine Doktorarbeit im Bereich Bewegungsanalyse und Biomechanik nach Erlangen und ans Uniklinikum verschlagen.
In meiner Freizeit bin ich super gerne aktiv. Spiele bei der SpVgg Fußball, gehe Radfahren, Spike-Ball spielen, bouldner, schwimmen, Inliner fahren - kann mich eigentlich für fast jede Sportart begeistert :)
Genieße aber auch Zeit zum Lesen, Musik hören, Freunden treffen - im Sommer am liebsten auf dem Balkon! Am Wochende gehe ich auch gerne Mal was trinken und auf die ein oder andere Party.
Ich koche meistens vegan/vegetarisch und das vor allem abends oder am Wochenende.
Insgesamt würde ich mich als sehr offene und unkomplizierte Person bezeichnen und würde mich über eine liebe und aufgeschlossen Person freuen, die Lust auf ein entspanntes Zusammenleben hat!

You'll be living with me, Birte - an enthusiastic sports scientist, travel, music and book lover. After I've been around quite a bit with my sports studies the last few years, I've moved to Erlangen and the University Hospital in 2021 for my doctoral thesis in the field of motion analysis and biomechanics.
In my free time, I love to be active. Play soccer in the women's team at SpVgg, go cycling, play spike ball, do bouldering, swimming, inline skating - actually I love almost any sport :)
But I enjoy also time to read, listen to music, meet friends - in the summer preferably on the balcony! On weekends I also like to go out for a drink or some parties.
I cook mostly vegan/vegetarian and that mainly in the evenings or on weekends.
Overall, I would describe myself as a very open-minded and uncomplicated person and would be happy to find a nice and open-minded person who wants to live together in a relaxed way!
