Das Zimmer liegt im 2. Obergeschoss. Küche (mobiler Küchenwagen) und Bad sind geteilt, es gibt auch auf den anderen Stockwerken mehrere Zimmer in denen größtenteils internationale Studenten wohnen. Wer Anschluss sucht, wird Anschluss finden. Geputzt werden muss nur das Zimmer, Flur und Bad werden regelmäßig gereinigt. Immer Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und genug Platz zum Wäsche aufhängen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit vielen Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe von Natfak und Techfak (mit dem Rad fünf Minuten zur Techfak).
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Bett inkl Matratze/Decke/Kissen, Nachttisch, Schrank, Schreibtisch, kleinem Esstisch, Kühlschrank und zwei Stühlen.
Internet kann vom Eigentümer gegen Gebühr über WLAN bezogen werden.

The room is furnished with bed, table, desk, 2 chairs, closet and a fridge. Other international students are living on the other floors of this house. Washing mashine and drying rooms available in the basement. Wi-Fi is available from the landlord for a fee.
