ich (Bianca) bin vo1.5 - 31.7 für ein Praktikun in Müchen und möchte deshalb mein Zimmer untervermieten. Falls du das Zimmer schon eine Woche früher zum Semesterstart bräuchtest, wäre das kein Problem. Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß und super hell, weil die Fenster nach Süden raus gehen. Man hat einen schönen Blick in den Garten, den wir aber leider nicht mitbenutzen dürfen, man kann aber gut den Eichhörnchen zuschauen.
In der Zimmermiete von 360€ sind Strom- und Warmwasserkosten nicht enthalten. Dafür bekommst du eine eigene Abrechnung von unserem Vermieter (ca. 20€ pro Monat).
Die WG besteht aus zwei Etagen mit 4 Zimmern, 2 Bädern, einer Küche und einem Balkon, der an Caros Zimmer angrenzt. Eine Spül- und Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Ich werden meine Möbel alle im Zimmer lassen und erwarte von dir einen pfleglichen Umgang mit ihnen.
Wie du siehst habe ich ein paar Pflanzen. Ich würde sie dir überlassen, wenn du sagst, dass sie bei dir nicht alle sterben. Ansonsten würde ich sie zu meinen Eltern umquartieren.

I (Bianca) am in Munich from 1.5 - 31.7 for an internship and would therefore like to sublet my room. If you need the room a week earlier for the start of the semester, that would be no problem. The room is 20 sqm and super bright because the windows face south. There is a nice view of the garden, which we are unfortunately not allowed to use, but you can watch the squirrels.
The room rent of 360€ does not include electricity and hot water costs. You will receive a separate bill from our landlord for this (approx. 20€ per month).
The flat-share consists of two floors with 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a balcony adjacent to Caro's room. There is a dishwasher and washing machine.
I will leave all my furniture in the room and expect you to treat it with care.
As you can see, I have a few plants. I would leave them with you if you say they won't all die with you. Otherwise I would move them to my parents.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend quasi direkt neben der technischen und der naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultät. Uni und Sportanlagen sind in 3 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Aldi, dm, Biomarkt und Obi) sind in 6 min mit dem Farrad entfernt.
In der Innenstadt ist man in 12 min mit dem Rad.
Der Exerzierplatz und ein Wald zum Spazieren und Joggen sind direkt vor der Haustür.
Falls du ein Auto hast, findest du zu jeder Uhrzeit einen Parkplatz in unserer Straße. Das fahrrad ist aber das Verkehrsmittel der Wahl in Erlangen.
The house is located in a quiet residential area right next to the technical and natural science faculties. The university and sports facilities are 3 minutes away by bike.
All shopping facilities (Kaufland, Aldi, dm, Biomarkt and Obi) are 6 minutes away by bike.
The city centre is 12 minutes away by bike.
A large green area and a forest for walking and jogging are right on the doorstep.
If you have a car, you can find a parking space in our street at any time. However, the bicycle is the mode of transport of choice in Erlangen.
Mit dir zusammen wohnen Caro, Basti und Gauthami. Gauthami wohnt hier gerade selber zur Zwischenmiete bis Ende Juni, danach kommt Quirin aus seinem Auslandssemester zurück. Gauthami hat gerade erst angefangen Deutsch zu lernen. Du hast also die Möglichkeit deine Englischkenntnisse etwas aufzufrischen ;). Alle vier sind lustige, aufgeschlossene und liebe Zeitgenossen.Das WG-Leben ist unkompliziert und die gemeinsamen Aktivitäten ergeben sich oft von ganz allein, also alles kann, nichts muss.
Caro studiert Materialwissenschaften im Master und liebt einfach Spieleabende. Aber auch für gute Gespräche bei Tee auf dem Balkon oder für gemeinsames Kochen ist sie immer zu haben.
Basti studiert Versorgungstechnik und schreibt aktuell seine Bachelorarbeit. Auch er ist Spielen immer sehr aufgeschlossen, egal ob in der analogen oder digitalen Welt.
Gauthami studiert Data Science im Master. Sie kocht und liest gerne. Außerdem spielt sie Badminton.
Quirin ist die Sportskanone des Hauses und hat gerade seinen Medizintechnik Bachelor abgeschlossen.
Caro, Basti and Gauthami live with you. Gauthami is currently living here herself as a temporary tenant until the end of June, after which Quirin will return from his semester abroad. All four of them are fun, open-minded and lovely contemporaries. The flat-sharing life is uncomplicated and the joint activities often arise all by themselves.
Caro is studying for her Master's degree in materials science and simply loves game nights. But she's also always up for a good chat over tea on the balcony or cooking together.
Basti is studying supply engineering and is currently writing his bachelor's thesis. He is also always very open to games, whether in the analogue or digital world.
Gauthami is studying Data Science for her Master's degree. She likes cooking and reading. She also plays badminton.
Quirin is the sports jock of the house and has just completed his bachelor's degree in medical engineering.
