The room is quite large and fully furnished with 1 bed, 2 tables, 1 chair, 1 cupboard and 1 Cloth Hanger stand. The apartment has central heating, beautiful private balcony, bicycle parking, shared kitchen, washing machine, two bathrooms.
The apartment is located in a residential area of Rennesstraße 91054 Erlangen/Sieglitzhof and the bus stop Bus (294 and 284) is only 2 minutes away.
It takes approx. 20 minutes by bus or 12 minutes by bike to reach the Technical faculty. The nearest supermarket is Tegut (5 min walk), Lidl is nearby and it doesn't take much time to reach Aldi and Kaufland.
3 very friendly FAU students (from India and Bangladesh) live in the apartment in the other 3 rooms. If you like cooking and playing football, you are already a great fit here.
