Süßes Zimmer in Sieglitzhofer WG

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einem relativ ruhigen Viertel im Nord-Osten Erlangens. In der Nähe ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Ein Tegut, Bäckerei, eine Apotheke und eine Poststelle sind innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Lidl, Kaufland) sind auch mit dem Rad oder Bus schnell erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze so weit das Auge reicht und der Wald (Meilwald) für Outdoor-Sport ist auch nur einen Sprung entfernt.

Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Mit den Linien 284 und 294 kommt man innerhalb 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Auch mit dem Fahrrad kommt man ganz gut hin (15 Minuten in die Innenstadt). Der FAU Südcampus liegt in gleicher Entfernung.
Our apartment is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood in the northeast of Erlangen. Everything you need is nearby. Within a 5-minute walk, there's a Tegut supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and a post office.

Other shopping options like Rewe, Lidl, and Kaufland are also easily reachable by bike or bus. There are plenty of free parking spaces available, and the forest (Meilwald) for outdoor sports is just a stone's throw away.

There's a bus stop right outside the apartment. With bus lines 284 and 294, you can reach the city center within 15 minutes. Cycling is also a convenient option (15 minutes to the city center). The FAU Südcampus is at the same distance.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Franzi und Jesus. Franzi ist 28 Jahre alt und gerade in den letzten Zügen ihres Masters in Molecular Science, Jesus ist 25 und promoviert in Physik.

Unsere WG ist eigentlich recht entspannt und ungezwungen. Gemeinsame Kochabende und der gelegentliche Umtrunk sind stets gerne gesehen. Die einzige Auflage ist ein Putzplan.
Jesus kocht sehr gerne, ist viel mit Freunden unterwegs und versucht sich gelegentlich als E-Bassist.
Franzi ist die Haus- und Balkongärtnerin, treibt viel Sport und betätigt sich nebenher gerne sängerisch.
Insgesamt also unkompliziert und ordentlich ;)

Your future roommates are Franzi and Jesus. Franzi is 28 years old and is in the final stages of her Master's in Molecular Science, while Jesus is 25 and pursuing a PhD in Physics.

Our flatshare is generally relaxed and informal. Shared cooking evenings and the occasional get-together are always welcomed. The only requirement is a cleaning schedule.

Jesus enjoys cooking, spending time with friends, and occasionally tries his hand at playing the e-bass. Franzi takes care of the house and balcony plants, is active in sports, and enjoys singing in her spare time.

Overall, it's a straightforward and tidy ;)

Wir haben einen Balkon, zu welchem der Durchgang nur durch Franzis´ Zimmer möglich, aber selbstverständlich für alle offen ist. Außerdem ist ein Kellerabteil, ein Trocken- bzw. Fahrradkeller vorhanden.

We have a balcony, which can only be accessed through Franzi's room, but it's open to everyone, of course. Additionally, there is a basement storage unit and a dry room for laundry or bicycles.
