Hallo liebe/r Wg-Suchende,
wir suchen einen netten Nachmieter für das ca. 15qm große Zimmer in unserer Wg. Die Miete beträgt 280 Euro warm, inkl. Internetflatrate. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und ruhig gelegen. Sie befindet sich direkt am Waldrand - optimal für Sport und Natur. Trotzdem bist du innerhalb von 10 Fahrradminuten am Audimax und brauchst nicht länger als 13 Minuten bis zur Innen- und Altstadt. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon, auf dem du den ganzen Nachmittag Sonne hast, Gartenmitbenutzung zum Grillen o.ä. möglich. Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, 2 Waschbecken, etc.) und die Parkmöglichkeiten für dein Auto sind auch gut.
