Das Zimmer ist ein Wohnheimszimmer (Studentenwerk), hat 18 Quadratmeter und ein eigenes Bad. Das Wohnheim wurde vor meinem Einzur (2011) frisch renoviert.
Die riesige Küche teilt man gemeinschaftlich mit den sehr (!!!) netten Leuten des Stockwerks.
Das Wohnheim befindet sich in Sieglitzhof, sehr nahe am Waldrand, dementsprechend schöne und ruhige Lage. Mit dem Fahrrad in 10-15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt (gleiche Zeit mit dem Bus - Haltestelle Schronfeld ist 100 m entfernt).
Auf dem Flur wohnen 6 Mädchen und 6 Jungen. Durch die große, neue und schöne Küche hat man ein harmonisches Gemeinschaftsleben, aber natürlich ist die Rückzugsmöglichkeit im (sehr gut schallisolierten) Zimmer gegeben.
