Du suchst ein Zimmer in Erlangen zur Zwischenmiete? Günstig und in laufbarer Stadt-nähe?
Bei uns wird zur Zwischenmiete ein Zimmer frei mit etwa 15qm, es ist möbliert (Schlafsofa, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch).
Das Zimmer geht in den Hinterhof hinaus und ist daher sehr ruhig.
Theoretisch ist das Zimmer ab Weihnachten frei und bis Mitte Februar, sogar bis Ende Februar wenn nötig.
The apartment is in in Sieglitzhof, in the East of Erlangen.
There's a bus stop 2 minutes away that gets you to the city in some 15 minutes.
One can also bike along the river and it takes about the same time.
Right next door is a grocery store, and a stone's throw away is the Meilwald Forest. Great for a jog or a long walk.
Die Wohnung liegt in Sieglitzhof, im Osten von Erlangen.
ÖPNV (Bus) 2 min. entfernt, mit Bus dauerts etwa 15min in die Innenstadt, Fahrrad ebenso (wunderschöner Rad-/Laufweg entlang der Schwabach!).
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (kl. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Lotto, Bäcker, etc.) in unmittelbarer Nähe.
In etwa 7min. seid Ihr im Meilwald! Super zum joggen und entspannen.
It would be the two of us in the apartment. I'm 25 and pursuing Mathematics as a second degree. I clean sufficiently :) and enjoy cooking. I've been vegan for some time now, but I'm not militant or a missionary about it ;-). My studies keep me quite busy and on a tight leash, but I enjoy company and strive to make more time for it.
I'm not picky about flatmates, as long as we can communicate openly and get along.
Du wirst mit mir, Misa (männlich ;), zusammenwohnen. Ich bin 25 Jahre jung, mache ein Zweitstudium in Mathematik und Physik. Ich bin umgänglich, halbwegs reinlich, koche und esse vegan.
Ich bin gerne gesellig, bin aber auch sehr mit meinem Studium beschäftigt und brauch dann auch mal meine Ruhe. Mir ist ein entspanntes Zusammenleben wichtig!
