Hi,
Leider muss ich aus meiner Wohnung ausziehen und mein schönes Zimmer wird frei!
Das Zimmer hat ein sehr großes Fenster und führt direkt auf den Balkon. Der Zugang auf den Balkon ist etwas abenteuerlich, weil man durch das Fenster auf das Sofa steigen muss, aber es gibt auch eine Tür im Zimmer von Hannes, meinem Mitbewohner. Aber am Balkon kann man super entspannen oder sich mit Freunden treffen :-)
Ich würde auch meine Vorhänge, meinen Schrank und mein Regal für insgesamt 50 € verkaufen, wenn du Interesse hast.

Hi there!
Due to external forces I am sad to leave my flatmates and relocate :(
The good news is that some one else gets to share my experience by renting my room!
The room has a huge window as advertised and as you can tell from the pictures, and you have an access to the balcony by jumping from the window and landing on the couch lol
A perfect spot for smoke break, reading or meditation. You could also invite your friends and hold a lunch get together there :)
Curtains, wardrobe and the shelf could be bought from me for total of 50 euros :3
The rest I am taking with me haha

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen und freundlichen Lage im Nord-Osten von Erlangen.
Direkt gegenüber vom Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle wo die Busse 284 und 294 halten, von dort kommt man direkt ins Zentrum.
Ein Bäcker (Der Beck), ein Tegut-Supermarkt, eine Apotheke und eine Poststelle sind in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Gegenüber vom Haus kann man parken :-)

The apartment is located in a quiet, safe and friendly neigbhrhood in the north-east of Erlangen :3
The bus stop is literally opposite the building. You can take bus 294 and 284 to go to the most places in Erlangen (including the center).
Tegut (grocery store), pharmacy and post office are 5 minutes away by foot.
There is also bakery somewhere around the corner Der Beck is also 5 minutes away by foot as well, never been there though but been to their other branches and their baked goods are delicious.
Parking space is also available opposite the building :)
Meine beiden Mitbewohner mag ich sehr gern:
Hannes (27 Jahre) ist aus Deutschland und studiert Materialwissenschaften im Master. Er ist echt gut drauf und leiht mir immer Werkzeug aus 😊
Noor (25 Jahre) ist aus Bahrain und studiert Psychologie im Bachelor. Sie ist sehr lieb und bäckt die besten Kuchen!
Mit beiden kann man super reden, sind sehr ordentlich und haben sich an unseren Putzplan gehalten.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit einem Geschirrspüler, zwei Öfen, einem Toaster, einer Espresso-Maschine und einem Mixer.
Außerdem haben wir einen Staubsauger und eine Waschmaschine, es ist also alles da was man braucht 😊

I am not good at describing people but you'd be sharing the flat with:
-Hannes: 27 years old, Material Engineering Masters student from Germany in his final year, such a cool guy and you can always borrow some tools from him or ask him technical questions.
-Noor: 25 years old, Psychology bachelors student from Bahrain, a lovely spirit and she bakes delicious cakes
It will never feel awkward around them and you could all arrange a cleaning schedule to keep the apartment nice and tidy.
The kitchen is fully equipped from dish washer, two ovens, toaster, espresso machine and food processor.
We also have vacuum cleaner, and the washing machine is in the bathroom.
