Your new room is just over 10 square metres.
It is furnished with a desk and is very warm! so you can open the big window whenever you want.
The previous bed was a bit old so I decided to buy a new one and you should buy it for 200 euros (it is 6 months old and new cost 380 euros).
The house has 7 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen, the shower is not a problem and we rarely have conflicts when we want to shower at the same time.
The house has a cosy backyard and is perfect for a barbecue in the summer, you can also store your bike in the garage without any problem.
The room is located in Erlangen Tennelohe, if you are a student of the engineering faculty you can get there in 15 min! The city centre is 10 min away by bus route 290/295.
We are a very international house! We all study at FAU and hope it can be part of our home.
Amla is a computer science student, Iiker is doing his master in physics, Preetan a master in electronics and last but not least, Ateeqa a master in immunology.
We want to hear a bit more from you and schedule a visit for Friday the 9th or earlier if possible.
