Ich mache ein Auslandssemester und bin von März bis Ende Juni 2017 in Südkorea und biete dir hier ein großes Zimmer (20 m²) in einer neu renovierten WG mit großem hellen Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, sowie einer Waschmaschine. Einer großen Küche mit Spülmaschine und einer Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination.
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer möbiliert. Dass heißt Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Couch. In der Miete (380€) ist Internet (Wlan) mit inbegriffen. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 60m².
In der WG wohnen auch noch 2 Kater, also wäre eine Katzenhaarallergie nicht von Vorteil.
Ich würde mir jemand freundlichen und sauberen Zwischenmieter wünschen, der sich in meiner Abwesenheit um meine Zimmerpflanzen kümmert.

Die WG befindet sich über einer schönen Pizzeria und hat sehr gute Busanbindungen direkt vor der Haustür. Man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten beim Aldi und auch ein Kaufland, ein DM und eine Apotheke (Röthelheimpark) ist nicht weit entfernt. Parkplätze befinden sich vor dem Haus, allerdings keine Mietparkplätze.
