Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, mit viel Stauraum und meinem Lieblingsteil, einem Fernseher. Sie haben 2 Fenster im Zimmer, die Ihnen das notwendige Licht während des Tages geben. Das Zimmer ist mit einer bequemen Couch, einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl ausgestattet. Es befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk, so dass es total ruhig ist.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Besteck. Sie können alles, was Sie zum Kochen in der Küche mit Ihrem Stauraum benötigen würde.
Wir haben 3 Toiletten und 2 Duschen, also ist es total praktisch.
Der große Garten des Hauses ist perfekt für sommerliche Zusammenkünfte, mit Sitzgelegenheiten und einer Bank. er bietet auch Platz für Fahrräder.

The room is very spacious, with a lot of storage available, and my favorite part, is the TV. You have 2 windows in the room which give you the necessary light during the day. The room is furnished with A comfortable couch, a king-size bed, a big coffee table, and a study desk plus a chair. It is on the top floor so it is totally quiet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and cutlery. You can find anything you would need for cooking in the kitchen with your storage space.
The big garden in the house is perfect for summertime gatherings, with seats and a bench. it also provides bicycle space.
We have 3 toilets and 2 showers, therefore, it is totally convenient.
City registration possible! (From the first of September)
Das Haus ist nur 3 bis 4 Gehminuten von den nahe gelegenen Bushaltestellen entfernt, von wo aus es häufige Verbindungen ins Stadtzentrum und einen direkten Bus zur Universität (TechFak) gibt.
Sie können kaufland leicht zu Fuß erreichen, und es gibt einen REWE To Go vor dem Haus, wo Sie notwendige Dinge auch spät in der Nacht kaufen können.

The house is only 3 to 4 minutes walk away from the bus stations close to it, where you have frequent connections to the city center and a direct bus to the university (TechFak).
You can easily reach Kaufland on a walk, and there is a REWE To Go in front of the house where you can buy necessary things even late at night.
Es handelt sich um eine Zweck-WG, was bedeutet, dass Sie völlige Privatsphäre und eine ruhige Wohnung zum Leben haben. Die Mitbewohner sind aber super freundlich und man kann sich gut mit ihnen unterhalten. Noch wichtiger ist, dass wir einen Reinigungsplan haben, was bedeutet, dass es keine Probleme mit der Sauberkeit geben wird. Wir versuchen immer, uns gegenseitig zu helfen und unsere Privatsphäre zu respektieren.

It is a purpose WG, which means you have total privacy and a quite flat to live in. However, your flatmates are super friendly and easy to communicate. More importantly, we have a cleaning plan which means there are going to be no problems regarding the cleanliness. We always try to help each other and respect our privacy. The other flatmates are not home most of the time, so it doesn't feel crowded at all!
Das Zimmer steht wie erwähnt ab dem ersten September zur Verfügung, ein früherer Einzugstermin (Mitte August) ist jedoch nach Absprache möglich.
Die Anmeldung bei der Stadt ist erst ab dem ersten September möglich.
Bevorzugt werden Personen, die bereits in Erlangen sind, oder die Hausbesichtigung persönlich vornehmen können.

The room is as mentioned available from the first of September, however, an earlier move-in date (mid August) can be possible with an arrangement.
The city registration is only possible after the first of September.
People who are already in Erlangen, or can have the house-viewing in person are preferred!!!
