The entire flat has approximately 80 m2. You will have an individual room of 17m2. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an induction stove, a fan oven, a microwave oven, a washing machine and a coffee machine. In addtion, you can also use the miscellaneous kitchen equipments (mixer, cheese grater, etc.). You will use one of the two separate sinks and the half of the storing cabinets in the washroom. The flat also has a large balcony with an outdoor sofa.

The flat is in a popular resident area in Erlangen, where the shops for everyday life and the nature are at your doorstep. The nearest bus stop is 5 mins away by walking, it has direct connections to the technical faculty and the city center. Alternatively, you can ride your bike to the city center (7 mins) or the technical faculty (18 mins). The supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are reachable in walking distance. The canal and the forest are located on the west side.

You will share the flat with the flat owner, who is a nice, friendly and warmhearted German lady. Daily communication in English is perfectly okay for her. We are looking for someone who is tidy and also friendly.

The basic rent includes ALL the fees (warm water, heating, internet and electricity). The addtional cost comes from the usage of the washing machine and the coffee machine (coffee beans and the filter) if you drink coffee.
