Single room in a 5-bedroom flatshare apartment. The room includes a single bed, a table, a chair, and a cupboard.

The apartment is located next to the Stiegerwaldalle bus stop and can be reached there in 3 minutes by walk. The apartment comes under the Erlangen Rathaus. There is a shopping market, and other facilities are within walking distance.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared between the flatmates and have individual compartments for all the tenants. The apartment is on the 14th floor, with two elevators and a staircase available. The rental period is from June 15, 2024, and city registration may start on July 01, 2024 ( it is still in discussion with the landlord). I will update the date once it is confirmed. The flat is shared between masters students from FAU who is from different parts of India. The common language in the flatshare is English
