Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist eines von dreien in der Wohnung. Obwohl es das kleinste Zimmer ist, bringt es den meisten Charme mit sich, denn ein großes Fenster bietet Aussicht ins Grüne. Die Ausrichtung hin zu den Gärten der Nachbar:innen bringt außerdem den Vorteil, dass das Zimmer das ruhigste in unserer WG ist, da die anderen beiden zur Straße zeigen. Auch ohne Geschick lässt sich der Raum schön und gemütlich einrichten, sodass die geringere Größe nicht unbedingt auffällt. Der Raum bietet genug Platz (für alle Dinge) zum Wohlfühlen :-).
Bezugsfertig ist das Zimmer ab dem 1. Februar 2024.
Die Möbel können nicht übernommen werden.

The room is one of three in the apartment. Although it is the smallest room, it has the most charm, as a large window offers a view of the greenery. The orientation towards the neighbors' backyards also has the advantage that the room is the quietest in our shared flat, since the other two face the street. Even without skill, the room can be furnished beautifully and comfortably, so that the smaller size is not necessarily noticeable. The room offers enough space (for all things) to feel good :-).
The room will be available from February 2nd 2024.

Die WG liegt in Altendorf an der Grenze zum beliebten Stadtteil Frohnhausen. Da viel zu Fuß zu erreichen ist und in der Nähe Busse, die Tram und Züge fahren und man somit nicht auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, schätzen wir die Lage sehr.
Der Bahnhof Essen West ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Tram-Linien 101, 103, 105, 106 sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten an der Helenenstraße zu erreichen. Der Hauptbahnhof oder das Szeneviertel Rüttenscheid sind also schnell zu erreichen.
An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten wie Rewe, Globus, Lidl, Edeka, Penny, Aldi, dm, Kodi, asiatischen Lebensmittelläden, ghanischen Lebensmittelläden u.v.m. fehlt es nicht.

The flat is located in Altendorf on the border to the popular district of Frohnhausen. Since there is a lot within walking distance and buses, trams and trains run nearby and you don't have to rely on a car, we really appreciate the location.
The Essen West train station is only a 5-minute walk away and tram lines 101, 103, 105 and 106 can be reached on foot in 10 minutes on Helenenstraße. The main train station or the trendy district of Rüttenscheid can be reached quickly.
There is no lack of shopping facilities within a 10-minute walk, such as Rewe, Globus, Lidl, Edeka, Penny, Aldi, dm, Kodi, Asian grocery stores, Ghanaian grocery stores and much more.
