In unserer gemütlichen und lebendigen 3er-WG wird ab dem 01.07 ein großes, helles Zimmer (22 qm) frei – mitten im schönen Rüttenscheid, einer der beliebtesten Gegenden in Essen! Bars, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV – alles direkt ums Eck. Perfekt für Studis und junge Menschen.

Kurz zur Wohnung:
6 Zimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit Wanne, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner und sogar zwei Balkone. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist unmöbliert, dafür aber schön groß.
Die Miete liegt bei 440 € all-in (also inkl. Internet, Strom, Heizung etc.).

Wer wir sind:
Leo (26) und Adrian (24), beide studieren, sind gern unterwegs, kochen auch mal zusammen oder sitzen zusammen. Bei uns ist’s gesellig, aber jede*r hat auch seinen Raum.

Was wir uns wünschen:
Am besten passt jemand zu uns, der offen und freundlich ist und Lust auf WG-Leben hat. Haustiere haben wir keine, und ansonsten sind wir bei allem relativ flexibel, in Absprache.
