Absofort ist mein Zimmer in Essen Rüttenscheid, Nähe dem Folkwang Museum, frei. Du würdest in eine tolle Altbauwohnung mit Hinterhof einziehen. Der Rüttenscheider Stern mit seinen unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in 4min Fußweg entfernt.
Es wäre klasse wenn du schon WG- Erfahrung mitbringen würdest. Weiterhin wäre es wünschenswert, wenn du bereit wärest die Wohnung zu übernehmen da deine Mitbewohnerin nach ihrem Studium eventuell weiterziehen wird.
