Wir suchen ab November oder vielleicht ab Mitte Oktober neueN MitbewohnerIn.
Ich (Shehab) bin unter der Woche den ganzen Tag in der Schule. ich studiere Schauspiel an der Folkwang Universität . am Wochende bin ich feiern , arbeiten oder zu hause.
Illya war auch öfter nicht zu hause aber jetzt immer mehr. er hat dieses JAhr seinen Master abgeschlossen .wir haben relativ beide viel zu tun aber machen auch manchmal was zusammen und wenn die Zeit passt , machen wir Party in der WG
P.S : wir haben eine alte süße Katze aber wenn du Allergie hast, können wir sie verboten in dein Zimmer reinzukommen, sie ist arrogant aber klug.

we are searching starting november for a new flatmate or mabye satring 15 october.
I am on the weekdays the whole time at the school. I study in an acting school. at the weekend I go party,work or I stay at home.
Illya is beeing now more at home than earlier . he has master in Engineering and searching for new job. both of us has a lot to do but we spend some times together or make party in the flat.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Bochumer Landstraße, ganz nah am Steele-Ost S-Bahnhof.
Von hier braucht man 5-6 Min mit der S-Bahn zum Essener Hauptbahnhof .. es sind nur 2 Stationen .
Neben uns gibt's eine Tankstelle , Parkmöglichkeit ist relativ gut
Ganz nah von uns , ein Paar Minuten zu Fuß , liegt Alfred Krupp Krankenhaus , und natürlich Apotheken daneben
Oben , 3 Min zu Fuß , gibt's eine Rewe , noch 3 Min weiter gibt's ein Netto
Hinter uns gibt's ein sehr netten Friseur.
In Steele Mitte , gibt's alles was man brauchen könnte , Schreiner , Saturn , Zeeman , dm ...etc

the apartment is located on the Bochumerland street , very near from Essen Steele Ost station .
from this , you need 5-6 min till the main station in Essen .. just 2 stations long .
next to us there is a gaz station , the possibality of finding a parking place is good
very near of us , couple of minutes walking there is a big hospital , and of cours a phamacy.
up there , 3 min walking there is a Rewe Supermarkt , 3 min more there is a Netto supermarkt .
behind the block there is a nice barber .
in Steele there is everything what you need
Gerade leben hier der Illya, der ein Student an der Ruhr-Bochum-Uni ist und seine Masterarbeit macht und ich "Schehab" habe an der Duisburg-Essen Un studiert und ab April 2018 studiere ich Schauspiel an der Folkwang Universität der Kunst .
Der Illya verbringt viel Zeit draußen, ist also nicht so häufig zu hause und ich bin tagesüber in der Schauspielschule sobald mein Studium anfängt. Aber wir machen ab und zu (etwa alle 3-4 Monate) eine Party und da kommen viele Leute und feiern mit ..... es ist immer mega geil gewesen .

Right now Illya lives there who is a Student at Ruhr-Bochum Uni and doing his master , and Schehab "me" , I studied at Duisburg-Essen Uni and starting April I'm studying acting at Folkwang University of the arts .
Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Küche mit allen Geräten die man so braucht (2 Kühlschränke , 1 Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine , Herd , 2 Öfen , Mirkowelle , Wasser Kocher ..etc )
und einen Schönen Balkon an dem auch dein Zimmer ist.
Du darfst das Zimmer streichen wenn du willst
