Wunderschönes WG-Zimmer im Südviertel

Die Wohnung liegt in der besten Lage Essens - dem Südviertel, ganz in der Nähe des Isenbergplatzes. Dort befinden sich zwei Cafés und eine Bar, wo eigentlich immer was los ist. Außerdem ist das Café Livre direkt um die Ecke sowie die Burgerbude Tofino, Pommes Pervers, Falafelbude, Pizzerien oder ein vietnamesisches und indisches Restaurant. Ebenso sind zwei Eisdielen und ein Edeka-Markt in drei Minute Fußweg zu erreichen. Hier im Viertel leben viele StudentInnen, KünstlerInnen, MusikerInnen und Familien harmonisch miteinander. Hier ist es ruhig, da die Straße nicht stark befahren ist, aber dennoch sehr lebendig und einfach das pralle Leben.
Zur nächsten Bahnhaltestelle geht man eine Minute und hat direkte Anbindung zum Essener Hauptbahnhof und zur Rüttenscheider Straße. Zum Bahnhof-Süd sind es 7 Minuten Fußweg. Von dort fährt die S6 Richtung Werden/ Düsseldorf/Köln. Der Fußweg zum HBF beträgt 12 Minuten.
Ganz in der Nähe liegt der Stadtgarten, wo man joggen oder bei schönem Wetter entspannt abhängen kann.

If you feel like living in the coolest district of Essen and want to start a new flat share with me in a beautiful old building, then this room is just the right thing for you.
The room is about 20 m² big, nice and bright and has two windows with view to the street. It is the largest of the three rooms. The room as well as the whole apartment is laid out with an old floorboard.
Only kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The kitchen is cosy, has enough space for a dining table and offers space to cook together and spend time there. The bathroom is small but nice and has everything it needs.
There is a washing machine in the basement and the laundry can be dried in the attic.
In the cellar you can store your bicycle.

LOCATION:
The apartment is situated in the best location in Essen - the Südviertel, very close to the "Isenbergplatz". There are two cafés and a bar, where there is always something going on. Furthermore, Café Livre is just around the corner as well as the burger stand Tofino, Pommes Pervers, Falafel stand, pizzerias or a Vietnamese and Indian restaurant. Likewise, two ice cream parlours and an Edeka market (supermarket) are within three minutes walking distance. Here in the quarter many students, artists, musicians and families live harmoniously together. Here it is quiet, as the street is not very busy, but still very lively and simply the plump life.
The next train station is just a minute's walk away and has a direct connection to Essen's main train station and Rüttenscheider Straße. To the station SÜD it is a 7 minute walk. From there, the S6 train runs in the direction of Werden/ Düsseldorf/Cologne. The walk to the main station takes 12 minutes.
Nearby is the Stadtgarten, where you can go jogging or hang out if the weather is fine.
