Schönes, helles Zimmer in großer Altbauwohnung wird frei! Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und durch zwei große Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Es liegt auf der Seite des Hauses, die an der Hauptstraße liegt, weshalb man relativ viel vom Straßengeschehen mitbekommt.
Durch seine quadratische Form kann es praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet werden.
Das Bett kann für 40€ abgekauft werden; ein schöner Holzschreibtisch mit Stuhl, einen Stehlampe, sowie ein schwarzer kleiner Tisch mit Lampe können kostenlos übernommen werden.

Our apartment is very big, with high ceilings. The squared room has two big windows, they lead to the main road (which means it is a bit noisy during rush hours).
The bed can stay in the room for 40€; a nice wooden table with a chair, a little black table with a lamp and a standard lamp will stay in for free.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im schönen Werden. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich in 20m Entfernung und sogar der Nachtbus hält direkt vor unserer Haustür.
Zur S-Bahn Station läuft man 15min oder fährt 5min mit dem Bus.
Die Folkwang Universität ist zu Fuß in 10min und mit dem Bus in 2min (tagsüber im 10 Minutentakt) zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Edeka –> 5min zu Fuß/1 Station mit dem Bus, Rewe & Lidl –> 15min zu Fuß/3 Stationen mit dem Bus.
Außerdem sind wir umzingelt von Pizzerien, Sushi-, Burger- und Döner-Läden.
In 5min ist man im Grünen und auch zum Baldeneysee ist es nicht weit.

The apartment is very central, the next bus station is 20 meters in front of our door. The train stations can be reached in 15 min by foot (5min by bus), the folkwang university in 10 min by foot (3min by bus). Supermarkets (Edeke/Lidl/Rewe) are in walking distance, as well as several restaurants.
Da Katharina in ihre eigenen vier Wände zieht, wird ihr Zimmer frei. Das Einzugsdatum kann zwischen dem 9.11. und dem 15.11. liegen.
Deine anderen beiden potenziellen Mitbewohner*innen studieren beide an der Folkwang. Rebecca studiert Lehramt mit Musik und Sozialwissenschaften und Emil im Bachelor Physical Theater.
Unsere Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet und wir fühlen uns sehr wohl hier.
Es ist uns wichtig, dass unsere Wohnung auch ein Ruhepol sein kann, da wir viel von Zuhause aus arbeiten.
Wir sind alle oft unterwegs und beschäftigt, trotzdem finden wir auch gerne Zeit zum gemeinsamen Kochen/Feiern/netflix & chill/Wein trinken etc. und wünschen uns nicht nur jemandem zum Miete teilen, sondern auch zum Zusammen leben.

Our flat is fully furnished and very cosy. We work a lot at home and enjoy a quiet environment.
We are busy and travelling a lot but we also like to cook/laugh/drink/party together etc.
We are looking for a flatmate to not only share the rent, but to live with.
Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig und auch ohne Putzplan funktioniert es gut, dass jeder selbstverständlich den Staubsauger und den Putzlappen in die Hand nimmt.
Die Abstandszahlung sind 50Euro und sind für die Miele Waschmaschine, die wir bei unserem Einzug gekauft haben.

A clean and tidy flat is important to us and it should be self-evident that everyone feels responsible for that.
When moving in, we bought a washing machine. You would have to pay 50euros for it.
