Hallo everyone,
I am Peng,male, 26 years old. I am from China. I have been an engineer of antomation for 5 years after the UNI study. I want to work in Germany because my girlfriend studies as a phD student in Bayreuth now. I am going to Essen to learn German for 1 year from January 2016 first, then to work.
Therefor, I want rent a WG-zimmer around the uni. Also one apartment which have one, two or three room is also perfect for me. Because some friends can also rent one apartment with me together.
It is better if the rent is under 320 Euro for each person which includes electricity, water,heating. It will be perfect if there are some furniture. And we can buy them from you if you want to sell. It does not matter whether my roommate is German or foreigers. My roommate should be nett and easy to talk.
