Shared apartment Rent

It's a 3 room shared apartment. we are very friendly and student. smoking is only allowed in room. no pet is allowed. a quiet and clam people is preferred. we clean the kitchen and toilet weekly basis per person. making sound after 11 pm to 9 am is not allowed. we also prefer student or job holder for long term to stay in the room. we also like some who loves sports and love travelling. the room is enough big for living and hope you can enjoy living here. the apartment is in third floor in 4 store building. you have to take the responsibilities if key loss. please pay attention to the use of electricity and gas as it is super expensive. and the cost will be counted after the end of year so if consumption increase we have to pay extra cost and if we can save then we will get back money.
