We are offering several flat-share rooms in Feldkirch. The one you can see here is located right beside the city-centre on the way to the railway station.
We also have some others rooms surrounding the centre, as well as closer to Liechtenstein.
In any case the distance to the city-centre is small, just about 5 minutes by bus - in any case also in short walking distance.

Moderne 4 Zimmer in einem Mehrfamilien-Wohnhaus unmittelbar neben der historischen Altstadt / Fußgängerzone der Bezirkshauptstadt Feldkirch.
Perfekte Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus oder Bahn in Richtung Liechtenstein zu HILTI, TK-PRESTA, IVOCLAR oder zur FH Vaduz - natürlich auch nach Dornbirn oder Bludenz..
Die Zimmer sind voll möbliert, und haben je nach Zimmer eine Wohnfläche von zwischen 22 und 14 m². Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von rund 100 m². Zimmer 1 hat einen eigenen Balkon, der 2. Balkon ist vor der Küche - dort darf auch geraucht werden.
Die WG Bewohner teilen sich die voll ausgestattete Küche, das Badezimmer (mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine) sowie das vom Bad abgetrennte WC.
Schnelles W-LAN, eine Waschmaschine sowie eine Spülmaschine in der Küche gehören zur selbstverständlichen Grundausstattung der Wohnung.

Lage der Wohnung am Rand der historischen Altstadt von Feldkirch, am Weg in Richtung zum Bahnhof. Die Fussgängerzone und die historische Altstadt und die Geschäfte/Lokale sind direkt vor der Haustüre - Luftlinie rund 300 Meter entfernt.
Der ÖPNV Busterminal beim Katzenturm und der ÖBB Bahnhof Feldkirch ist nur 3-4 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Shopping-Center ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, ein Nahversorger ist nur etwa 100 Meter neben der Wohnung. Diverse Geschäfte und Lokale wie Kaffeehäuser, Ristorantes und Pizzerias, Bars und Clubs, Kino und Theater in unmittelbarer Nähe - Apotheken und Reformhäuser - Kleider und Schuhgeschäfte - alles da!
