My name is Stefano. I am an architect and I live in Salzburg.
I teach Wednesdays and Thursdays at the University of Liechtenstein (Vaduz) and therefore seek accommodation for 1–2 nights a week – ideally in Feldkirch or surroundings (alternatively also up to Dornbirn or Bludenz).

I have no great requirements – a guest room, a sofa or a room in a community would be perfect. I'm quiet, tidy, clean, respectful and friendly.

On the days I am on site, I will mainly work, so I only need the accommodation as a sleeping place during the lecture period (February–May and September–December). So I'm going to spend a little time at the property and don't cause any interference or impair privacy.

mein Name ist Stefano. Ich bin Architekt und lebe in Salzburg.
Ich unterrichte mittwochs und donnerstags an der Universität Liechtenstein (Vaduz) und suche daher eine Unterkunft für 1–2 Nächte pro Woche – idealerweise in Feldkirch oder Umgebung (alternativ auch bis Dornbirn oder Bludenz).

Ich habe keine großen Ansprüche – ein Gästezimmer, ein Sofa oder ein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft wären perfekt. Ich bin ruhig, ordentlich, sauber, respektvoll und freundlich.

An den Tagen, an denen ich vor Ort bin, werde ich hauptsächlich arbeiten, sodass ich die Unterkunft nur als Schlafplatz während der Vorlesungszeiten (Februar–Mai und September–Dezember) benötige. Ich werde also wenig Zeit in der Unterkunft verbringen und keine Störungen verursachen oder die Privatsphäre beeinträchtigen.
