Das Zimmer ist 18m² groß und teil möbliert ( 1 Matraze 140x200, 1 Schrank )

Die Küche verfügt über einen neuen Herd (Induktion) mit Backofen, einen neuen Kühlschrank und eine Spülmaschine.

Es gibt ein 100Mbits WLAN für die ganze Wohnung ohne Aufpreis.

Die Waschmaschine liegt im Bad und wird von allen Mietern kostenlos verwendet.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Fellbach.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich nah von der Wohnung circa 3min zum Fuß entfernt.
Die Wohnung hat keinen Parkplatz (schon vermietet) aber es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße.

Aktuell leben 2 Männer(Berufstätig ) in der Wohnung. David (25) und Gangadhar (30) .
Aber gerne werden auch Studenten akzeptiert. Es ist keine Zweck-WG.

Es gibt ein Treppen Kehrdienst. Alle nehmen teil.

Da die Sauberkeit wichtig ist gibt es ein Putzplan ( Flur, Küche und Bad )

Raucher werden auch akzeptiert aber das Rauchen im Haus ist verboten.

Der Strom und die Heizung werden separat bezahlt.
Aktuell wurde der Vertrag bei Stadtwerk Fellbach (SWF) abgeschlossen und beträgt circa 91€ (Strom + Heizung). Aber ein günstiger Vertrag wird ständig gesucht.
