The Mathildenstraße is one of the most beautiful streets of Flensburg and also very quiet, right next door is also a very beautiful park. Directly near our road is a bus connection that leads to the city and from there you can easily get to the university or to the city. You can also walk to the city within 10 minutes. Right in our street is a net (until 22:00 has on). If you want, you can go shopping or run at 21:58 a.m. and 7 minutes further are REWE, EDEKA and Lidl. Also nearby is the Exe, where you can always find a parking lot. Otherwise there are a few parking spaces in our street. The apartment is located on the second floor and has large windows in all rooms and is therefore very bright. In the backyard at the Fahhradkeller you can also park the bike/mofa without a difference in height.The neighborhood in the Mathildenstr is generally friendly and quiet. Die Mathildenstraße ist eine der schönsten Straßen von Flensburg und zudem sehr ruhig, direkt nebenan ist auch ein sehr schöner Park. Direkt in der Nähe unserer Straße ist eine Busverbindung, die zur Stadt führt und von da aus kann man auch leicht aberall oder zur Uni gelangen. In die Stadt kann man auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Direkt in unserer Straße ist ein Netto (bis 22:00 Uhr hat auf). Wenn man möchte, kann man um 21:58 Uhr schnell mal was einkaufen gehen oder laufen:=) und 7 Minuten weiter sind REWE, EDEKA und Lidl. Außerdem ist in der Nähe die Exe, wo man immer einen Parkplatz findet. Sonst sind auch ein paar Parkplätze in unserer Straße. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und hat in allen Zimmern große Fenster und ist dadurch sehr hell. Im Hinterhof beim Fahhradkeller kann man auch ohne einen Höhenunterschied das Fahrrad/Mofa abstellen.Die Nachbarschaft in der Mathildenstr ist generell freundlich und ruhig. Dies gilt auch für das bewohnte Wohnhaus..

Our roommate Benito joins his girlfriend, so we have a room free. Your future roommates would be Emanuele and Sebrio. Emu is 22m, works in the Landestheater. He's a trained dance artist. It is the right place to cook in the evening. Sebrio is 37m, professional and student (Master Systemtechnik), works in the area and takes care of his master thesis, originally comes from the field of electric crafts (radio and television electronics and electricians) and likes to build in this area. We're not smokers. Our Wg is very relaxed and the WG life runs smoothly. General WG activities are carried out independently by everyone without much agreement. Although our WG is very quiet, we both like to take part in celebrations, cultural events in the city and often on the go. We don't want to use purpose WG, and we also like to do something with roommates if it suits time and depending on the need. Of course everyone has their privacy. A certain personal distance with a good mix is important to us. We are often busy and Sebrio is more often on the go for a few days or weeks worldwide. For this reason we wish to be responsible roommates. The order and cleanliness in the WG are important to us. Weekly cleaning should be of course for you.

Wir suchen einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin. Diese WG hat drei Zimmer, ein Abstell-und Bastelraum (14qm) und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit einer Minibar (13 qm, direkt neben der Küche). Die WG hat jede menge Platz (zusätzlich Keller, Treppenkeller) und eine relative große Küche.

Unser Mitbewohner Benito zieht mit seiner Freundin zusammen, deshalb wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei. Deine zukünftige Mitbewohner wären dann Emanuele und Sebrio. Emu ist 22m, arbeitet im Landestheater. Er ist ein ausgebildeter Tanz-Künstler. Für einen netten Klönschnack beim Kochen abends ist er der richtige. Sebrio ist 37m, berufstätig und Student (Master Systemtechnik), arbeitet in der Gegend und kümmert sich nebenbei um seine Masterthesis, kommt ursprünglich aus dem Bereich Elektro-Handwerk (Radio- und Fernsehelektroniker und Elektriker) und bastellt gerne in diesem Gebiet. Wir beide sind kein Raucher. Unsere Wg ist sehr entspannt und das WG-Leben läuft reibungslos. Allgemeine WG-Tätigkeiten werden ohne viel Absprache von jedem selbstständig durchgeführt. Obwohl unsere WG sehr ruhig ist, wir beide nehmen gerne an Feierlichkeiten, kulturellen Veranstaltungen in der Stadt teil und oft unterwegs. Wir möchten keine Zweck-WG und unternehmen auch mal gerne etwas mit Mitbewohnern, wenn es zeitlich passt und je nach Bedürfnis. Selbstverständlich hat auch jeder seine Privatsphäre. Ein gewisser persönlicher Abstand mit einer guter Mischung ist uns wichtig. Wir beide sind oft beschäftigt und Sebrio ist öfters beruflich einige Tage oder auch Wochen weltweit unterwegs. Aus diesem Grund wünschen wir uns verantwortungsvolle Mitbewohner. Die Ordnung und Sauberkeit in der WG sind uns wichtig. Wöchentliches Putzen sollte für Dich selbstverständlich sein.
