La casa si trova in Via Vincenzo Gioberti 78, presso piazza Beccaria, in una zona molto confortevole, vicinissima alla Coop, Sant'Ambrogio e alle facoltà di Architettura, Lettere e Psicologia.
La casa è composta da un ingresso/soggiorno con divano, bagno e cucina (con enorme terrazzo) e quattro stanze singole in cui vivono altri tre studenti italiani, due ragazzi e una ragazza, e uno splendido gatto. L'ambiente nella casa è molto piacevole e socievole. Dotata di tutti i comfort, lavatrice, internet...
L'affitto è di 350€ spese incluse, con una caparra di 630€ all'entrata...

We are looking for a student to rent a furnished and bright room with balcony and a doublebed from the middle/end of june on.
The house is in Via Vincenzo Gioberti 78, just at Piazza Beccaria, in a very confortable zone. It is close to a Coop, Sant’Ambrogio and the architecture, humanities and psychology faculty.
The department has an entrance room with sofa, a bathroom and a kitchen (with a very big terrace) and four single bedrooms in which three other Italian students are living. There is also a cat. The ambience in the flat is very nice and sociable. There is also a washing machine and internet.
It’s 350 € a month with a deposit of 630€ in the beginning.
