We provide bed lines, towels and the cleanings on arrival. Upon request we can provide also a bicycle that can easily be stored in the private garden (with direct access from the street).
The apartment is located in a very nice residential area, 10 minutes walk from the city centre. It is an area where mainly Florentine lives. Next to the apartment there are all kind of shops: bakery, cafes, pastry shop, ice cream shop, 24H food store, pubs, burger king etc.
It is 5 minutes walking to green areas along the river Arno, ideal place for running or walking. It is a quite and clean area. It is possible to leave the car in a private place (closed with a automatic gate) 600 metres away from the apartment.
The apartment has 2 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a very large (70 sq meters) private garden. The room is for rent both as single or double. At the moment there is only one person living in the apartment.
The apartment has been recently renovated, the kitchen is brand new. Included in the rent you have: internet WIFI 20 Mbit, cable tv in your room, washing machine, independent gas heating (you freely decide when to use it) large bathroom, a very large garden (70 sq meters).
