BORGOGNISSANTI: fantastic LOFT, wide, light, on 2 levels in a historical and typical building, placed at 4th floor (no elevator) in the down town with beautiful view: it is almost a Studio, only the kitchen is shared with one other person (myself, the owner) who has his private room and bathroom.
The LOFT (no smoker) with exposed beams is very well decorated, in Tuscan Old style with antiques details, everything is renewed!! There are: one double bed in the mezzanine floor with small desk, downstairs chest of drawers, wardrobe and a double sofa bed for another 1 or 2 persons only for temporary stays; there are all furnishings (TV, gas hob, fridge, dish washing, washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, oven, microwave).

The house is placed in the city center, in a wonderful area, very close (10 minutes walking) to Duomo, Signoria, S, Spirito, the river Arno, the Ponte Vecchio's bridge (the old bridge), and 8 min walking from the train station.
All the public transport (bus, train) are reachable within 10 min walking.
During the day in the flat there is nobody, only during the evening I come back from from work; I'm Engineer and I wok for international company; I have open mind, and I like parties and cultural life in Florence!!! Also cinema and theater are a great passion of my life!!!!
All the expenses, cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the prices: no extra fees, no agency commission.
I will help you giving you the best service including for free, a tour with the car of Florence!!!!
