Zimmer
Das Zimmer hat etwa 15 Quadratmeter und liegt im ersten Stock des Reihenhauses. Das Zimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon und schließt selbstverständlich die Nutzung der Gemeinschaftsräume (Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, Esszimmer, Waschküche und großer Garten mit ein)
Die Übergabe erfolgt unmöbliert.
Lage
Forstinning liegt etwa 20km im Müncher Osten und hat eine direkte Autobahnanbindung. Mieter mit eigenem Auto werden bevorzugt, es wäre aber kein Ausschlusskriterium, kein Auto zu haben ;) Es fahren Busse nach Markt Schwaben, wo sich die nächste S-Bahn Station befindet. Außerdem gibt es einen Direktbus nach München zum Max-Weber-Platz.
WG-Leben
Wir sind eine Altenpflegerin, ein gelernter Heilpraktiker und eine Jurastudentin und suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner. Am liebsten wäre uns jemand der ebenfalls studiert, wir sind aber sehr offen was das angeht, also schreibt uns im Zweifel einfach eine Nachricht!
Das Zimmer kostet 300,- warm, inklusive W-Lan und sonstige Nebenkosten. Wichtig wäre uns dass du als Mieter ruhig bist, da eine von uns im Schichtdienst arbeitet.
