Super schönes Zimmer in einer tollen Lage in Frankfurt (Oder). 2 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Straßenbahn entfernt. 3 Minuten Aufwachen vom Stadtzentrum und 6 Minuten zu Fuß zur Viadrina Universität. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, es gibt insgesamt 5 Zimmer. Die Küche ist groß mit zwei Kühlschränken und einer Spülmaschine. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr bequem. Die WG hat eine Waschmaschine im Keller. Das Gebäude hat einen großen Garten, der sich im Sommer hervorragend zum Grillen eignet. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, mit Bett, Regalen, Kleiderstange, Wäschestränder, Schrank für die Kleidung, Lampe, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Spiegel und einem kleinen Mülleimer. Dies kommt mit einem Aufpreis, den Sie mir in zwei Teilen bezahlen können, falls Sie das Geld nicht im Voraus haben.

Super nice room in an amazing location in Frankfurt (Oder). 2 minutes walking from the train station and tramway. 3 minutes waking from the center of the city and 6 minutes walking to Viadrina University. The flat is in the first floor, there are 5 rooms in total. The kitchen is big with two fridges and a dish washer. The bathroom is also really convenient. The building has a big garden which is great for doing bbq's in the summer. The room comes furbished, with bed, shelves, clothes rack, jacket hanger, cabinet for the clothes, lamp, desk, chair, mirror, and a little garbage bin. This comes with an extra cost that you can pay me in two parts in case you don't have the money upfront.
