Gemeinsam schön wohnen: In dieser 100m2 großen Wohnung in einem Jugendstil-Altbau gibt es 4 Zimmer und einen 100m2 großen Dachboden, der für allerlei Schönes für uns nutzbar ist. Frei ist ein großes Zimmer mit ca. 23m2. Außerdem ist das Wohnzimmer mit bald nutzbarem Kamin, Balkon, Kammern und Dielenboden mit seinen ca. 45 m2 ein fantastischer Raum zum Leben, Arbeiten und Ausruhen. Wie Du und wir diese Räume nutzen und gestalten, können wir gern gemeinsam besprechen: So, dass wir uns wohlfühlen und hier gemeinsam gut leben können. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit großen Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler u.s.w. und auch im Bad ist alles vorhanden.
Möbliertes Wohnung wäre nach Absprache und mit Aufpreis auch möglich, sowie zeitlich begrenztes Wohnen.
Es gibt noch eine tierische Mitbewohnerin, 7 Monate alt, weiblich, Australian Shepherd. Sehr lieb, eher ruhig im Wesen und fleißig am Lernen und knuffig sein.

Two rooms are available, a large room with approx. 23m2 and two very spacious chambers. Die Wohnung liegt zentral zwischen Innenstadt und Hansaviertel in einer Gegend mit viel Natur, dem Flüsschen „Klinge“, schöner Architektur und einer allgemein ruhigen Atmosphäre. Der Blick aus dem Balkon ist wirklich wundervoll. Die Bushaltestelle zum Zentrum und zum Bahnhof ist 3 Minuten entfernt, ebenso wie ein Sportplatz und Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, wie die "Kulturmanufaktur Gerstenberg" alias KUMA und das Restaurant, Billardplatz "Frankfurter Hütte". Es sind zwei Supermärkte in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sowie Ärzte, Schulen und dergleichen. Die Tramstation der Linie 4 ist über den Poetensteig oder die Bergstraße in 15 Minuten entspannt erreichbar.
The apartment is centrally located between the city center and "Hansaviertel" in an area with lots of nature, the little river "Klinge", beautiful architecture and a generally calm atmosphere. The view from the balcony is really beautiful and I love living here. The busstop to the very center and the train station is 3 minutes away, as well as a sports field and leisure possibilities close by such as the "Kulturmanufaktur Gerstenberg" aka KUMA and the restaurant, Billard place "Frankfurter Hütte". There are two supermarkets reachable in 10 minutes by foot and doctors, schools and such.
