Nach nun 2 Jahren werde ich meine WG und mein kleines, aber feines Zimmer leider verlassen. Es ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, daher besonders am Morgen schön hell. Direkt an das Zimmer schließt sich ein wunderschöner großer Balkon, mit vielen Pflanzen und gemütlichen Sofas, an. Im Sommer machen wir uns dort oft gemeinsam einen netten Abend.

Your east-facing (in the morning very bright) room is directly next to our balcony, which is very big and beautiful, decorated with a lot of plants and furnished with comfortable couches. We often sit there in the evening together.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Altbauwohnung, die ausschließlich aus WGs besteht, wobei alle untereinander auch gern mal etwas zusammen unternehmen. Also alles in Allem kein anonymes Nachbarschaftsleben.
In 2 Minuten bist du an der schönen Oder (Man kann darin baden) und in nur 10 Minuten weg aus dem lauten Stadtleben, mitten in den grünen, wilden Oderwiesen der Lebuser Vorstadt. Hier kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen und Fahrrad fahren.
Aber auch das Zentrum der Stadt ist nicht weit weg (15 Minuten Fußweg, 4 Minuten mit der Tram). Zur Uni läufst du etwa 20 Minuten und zum Bahnhof 25 Minuten.
Nach Slubice (Polen) sind es auch etwa nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß.
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Aldi und nebenan ein Bäcker.

Beautiful apartment in an old building, only existing out of communes who often do things together....all in all not an anonymous neighborhood-life.
2 Minutes to our great river (you can swim in it), the "Oder". In only 10 minutes you are far away from the loud city tumult, but "into the wild"! Here it´s very nice to go for a walk or for bicycling.
The centre of Frankfurt is 15 minutes by foot and 4 minutes by the tram.
To the Viadrina University you need 20 minutes and to the train station 25 minutes by foot.
Directly opposite you find a supermarked and next to your home a baker.
Wir sind auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG. Es wird gerne mal in der Küche zusammengesessen oder zusammen etwas unternommen. Außerdem solltest du kein Feind von Katzenhaaren sein, da wir eine Katze haben.
In den Zimmern, auf dem Balkon und in der Küche ist das Rauchen erlaubt. Falls das für dich gar nicht geht, kann man da aber auch verhandeln.
