Die WG befindet sich auf der Ferdinandstr. 16 im EG links.
Miete für das 17qm-Zimmer beträgt 240€ inkl. Nebenkosten.
Das Zimmer ist viereckig geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel, ein Regal, ein Bürotisch, zwei Stühle, ein Rollo, ein Bett inkl. Lattenrost und Matratze sowie ein Wäscheständer (siehe Bilder).
Ich würde alles zusammen für 200€ verkaufen.
Die Wohnung ist nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof und 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Uni Viadrina entfernt.
Die Innenstadt mit verschiedenen Geschäften ist ebenfalls in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Parkplätze gibt es neben bzw. direkt vor dem Haus in ausreichender Anzahl.
In der WG leben aktuell 3 Studenten und eine Azubine.
Wir haben eine große schöne Küche mit zwei Couchs zum chillen.
Abends ist ruhe! Bis auf ganz wenige Außnahmen...
