Dein Zimmer ist 30 m² groß und auf der Sonnenseite. Durch die große Fensterfront und des helle Laminat ist es sogar im Winter hell.
Der Zugang zum gemeinschaftlich genutzten Balkon ist an Deinem Zimmer. Dort kann gegrillt, gefeiert oder einfach die Sonne genossen werden.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet, die Vormieterin lässt keine Möbel im Zimmer. Die Wohnung ist allerdings komplett ausgestattet (Küche, Kühlschrank, Herd/Kochfeld, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Putzzeugs, etc..). Leider zieht unsere Spülmaschine mit aus :( Es ist allerdings geplant eine gebrauchte anzuschaffen!

Your room is 30 m² and on the south side. Due to the large window front and the bright laminate it is well-lit even in winter.
Access to the shared balcony is at your room. There you can have a barbecue, party or simply enjoy the sun.
The room is let without furniture, the previous tenant does not leave any furniture in the room. The apartment is fully equipped (kitchen, fridge, stove/cooker, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, etc...). Unfortunately our dishwasher moves out with the previous tenant :( However, we plan to replace it!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Zur Uni sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Bus (981, 980, 985, kommt tagsüber alle 10 Minuten, nachts ebenfalls durch den Nachtbus angebunden). Mit dem Rad ist es fast noch schneller da es bergab geht.
Supermärkte sind fußläufig in 5-10 Minunten erreichbar. Für größere Besorgungen fährt der Bus in ca. 10-15 Minunten zum Spitzkrug Einkaufscenter mit Baumarkt, Kaufland und sonstigen Geschäften.

The apartment is situated very centrally. The university is within 15 minutes walking distance or can be reached in 5 minutes by bus (981, 980, 985, comes every 10 minutes during the day, at night also connected by night bus). Biking is quite fast as well as it is downhill. The central train station can be reached by bus in 7 minutes.
Supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The Spitzkrug shopping centre with hardware store, Kaufland and other shops can be reached by bus in 10-15 minutes as well.

Unsere WG wurde vor 5 Jahren gegründet. Im September und Oktober ziehen allerdings zwei Mitbewohner aus, weshalb wir 2 Neue suchen!
Wir sind Lea (25) und Hendrik (24) und studieren beide an der Viadrina Europa-Universität. Hendrik versucht sich in European Studies (Master) mit Zentralbereich Wirtschaft und Lea ab Oktober in Soziokulturellen Studien (Master). Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und unternehmen gerne gemeinsam etwas. Sei es gemeinsames kochen/ grillen, Filme schauen, das ein oder andere Pils/ Wein trinken, Bars besuchen oder alles was sonst so zum Spaß unternimmt ;) Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch.

Our WG was founded 5 years ago. In September and October two flatmates move out, so we are looking for 2 new ones!
We are Lea (25) and Hendrik (24) and are both studying at the Viadrina European University. Hendrik studies European Studies (Master) with a focus in Economics/Business and Lea in Socio-Cultural Studies (Master, starting in October). We are not just sharing an apartment but rather live together and enjoy doing something together such as cooking/ having a barbecue together, watching movies, drinking one or the other beer/ wine, visiting bars or anything else that we deem fun ;) We speak German, English and Spanish.
