ich suche 3 neue Mitbewohner*innen. Wir wohnen in einer wunderschönen, nicht sanierten Altbauwohnung in der Berliner Straße, im 3. OG. Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche, Badewanne, getrennte Toilette. Die freien Zimmer sind alle ca. gleich groß, um die 23m2, eins geht auf den Hinterhof raus (Westen) (davor ist ein kleines Durchgangszimmer, was wir bis jetzt immer zusammen mit dem Zimmer gerechnet haben), die anderen beiden gehen zur Straße raus (Osten). Die Miete ist nach m2 aufgeteilt und beträgt um die 220€ warm für ein Zimmer (genaueres, wenn wir uns sehen).
Zum Zusammenwohnen: Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich alle zuhause wohlfühlen, respektvoll miteinander umgehen. Das wir uns untereinander organisieren und Dinge anpacken die gemacht werden müssen. Wir müssen keine enge Freundschaften aufbauen, noch müssen wir gemeinsam abhängen, aber mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass wir uns verstehen und gerne auch mal miteinander quatschen.
Ich bin nicht super ordentlich, Hygiene ist mir aber durchaus wichtig. ergo: wahrscheinlich wäre es gut einen Putzplan zu machen und sich zu organisieren.
Ansonsten schreibt einfach und wir sehen ob es passt.
no sexist, no racist, no homophobic people - du musst nicht politisch aktiv sein, aber eine aufgeweckte "Weltansicht" ist mir im gemeinsamen wohnen wichtig.
Ich teile mir eine Hündin, also wird sie manchmal da sein. Eine kleine, sehr liebenswürdige.

Iam looking for 3 new flatmates. We are living in an old, beautiful, not renovated Apartment in the Berliner Straße, in the 3rd floor. The apartment has a big kitchen, a bathtub, seppareted toilet. The available rooms are approximately the same size, around 23m2, one is looking to the yard (west) (beofre the room, is a small room, we were renting these rooms together), the other two rooms are looking to the street (east).
The rent is calculated by the m2 and is around 220€ all inclv. for one room (more detail information, when we see each other).
Living together: It is important to me, that everybody is feeling good at home, that we are respectfully with each other. That we organize ourselfs togehter and that we do the stuff we have to do. We dont need to get good friends, neither we have to hang out together, but it is important to me, that we understand each other and that we can talk to each other.
Iam not very very orderly, but hygiene is very important – maybe it will be the best to make a claening schedule and to organize us.
