Hallo!
Weil mir meine Wohnung einfach zu groß ist, möchte ich den ausgebauten Spitzboden vermieten. Es handelt sich dabei um 2 kleine Zimmer mit einem Bad mit Dusche. Es könnte allerdings auch das Gemeinschaftsbad mit Badewanne und natürlich die große Wohnküche, der Balkon und der Keller benutzt werden.
Direkt vor der Tür liegt eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Mit der Bahn ist man innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten am Uni-Hauptgebäude und am Sprachenzentrum, sowie Stadtzentrum, welche jeweils nur 1km entfernt sind.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein Bäcker sind 300m entfernt.
Von deinem Fenster blickst Du auf die Lessingstraße.
Du solltest aufgeschlossen sein, sodass man auch gemeinsam mal einen Kochabend oder dergleichen machen könnte. trotzdem würde jeder seinen abgetrennten Bereich behalten. Ein Auto sowie ein "WG-Fahrrad" wären für Einkäufe und dergleichen vorhanden. Da ich in Frankfurt "Hinz und Kunz" kenne, könntest Du evtl. auch von meinen Kontakten profitieren.
Ein netter persönlicher Umgang wäre mir recht wichtig.
