Looking For One Nice Room In Frankfurt(Oder)

Hello,

I am looking for one room in Frankfurt(Oder).If the room meet my conditions, I would prefer move in as soon as possible. Here are the conditions which I need:

1.Time of moving in: from 15.12.2014 (Heute;).
2.Language: English, German, Polish
3.Convenient transport: close to the bus/train stops.
4.Basic furnished: with the basic Furniture; with internet, heating and so on.
5.Good location: close to the daily shop, like kaufland, real and others. Better in the Zentrum of Frankfur(Oder).
6.Size of the room: No limitation
7.Gender: female or mixed
8.Smoke: Not smoke, so there should be no smoke place
9.Period of rent: could be the short time also plan to rent as longer as possible, want to stay in FFO for years. It depends on the living conditions and the neighbour.
10.Price: the price under 200eu (including everything) one month, actually as one student, the price would be as lower as possible. I’d like to share the accommodation with several persons, as long as the room is clean and in oder.
11.Also I need a formal contact for the future used, for the Rathaus register.
