Was gibt es groß zu dem Zimmer zu sagen....man sieht es auf dem einen Bild.
Das gesamte Haus befindet sich in einem Hinterhof. Von den umliegenden Straßen hört man kaum etwas.
Neben dem zu vermieten Zimmer gibt es noch ein Gemeinschaftszimmer mit Balkon, Bad und Küche.
Die Wohnung wurde gerade komplett saniert. Bei Bedarf schicke ich gerne noch ein Video bei Tageslicht.

Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe des Doms. Die U-Bahn-Station Römer ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Kostenloses Parken ist schwierig. Mit etwas Laufen ist das aber möglich. Es gibt meine ich auch die Möglichkeit als Anwohner einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage Römer zum ermäßigten Preis zu mieten.
Zur Zeil sind es knapp 10 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe.
Nun. Ein WG-Leben gibt es aktuell noch nicht.
Aber einfach über mich:
Ich bin 33 Jahre alt, arbeite in der IT. Aktuell arbeite ich eher von zu Hause, aber das wird sich hoffentlich bald wieder ändern.
Ich suche ein:e Mitbewohner:in nicht nur zum Miete teilen, aber auch nicht um mich alle 5 Minuten zu unterhalten. So ein Mittelweg :D
Spanisch Muttersprachler haben Pluspunkte, da ich gerade Spanisch lerne.
