Hallo alle,
in unserer netten WG wird vom 1.1.2019 bis zum 15.2.2019 ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m2 groß und ist in einer Altbau Wohnung direkt am Baseler Platz gelegen. Wir sind Mitte zwanzig und berufstätig. Gemeinschaftlich wohnen spielt für uns eine große Rolle. So legen wir z.B. viel Wert auf gute Kommunikation. :-) Wir kochen gerne abends gemeinsam und verbringen auch gerne abends Zeit zusammen, was nicht heißen soll, dass wir es blöd finden, wenn man sich auch mal zurückziehen möchte. Wir sind vielseitig interessiert egal ob Kunst/Kultur, Musik, Wissenschaft, Politik, Sport......Außerdem teilen wir gerne, z.B. Lebensmittel (wie beziehen gemeinsam regionales, saisonales Gemüse).
So viel erstmal zu uns...
Achjaaa und das Zimmer würde für die ganze Zeit 525 Euro kosten (quasi 350 Euro pro Monat). Wenn du nicht ganz so lang bleiben möchtest können wir ja nochmal drüber quatschen.

we are looking for a person who wants to rent a room in our shared flat which will be free from 1st January 2020 until 15th February 2020. We are in our mid 20s and work. Living together plays an important role, as do what comes with it like e.g. good communication ;-). We enjoy cooking together and spending time together in general which doesn't mean we dislike it if someone wants to spend time by her*himself from time to time. We are interested in a lot of different things such as art/culture, music, science, politics, sports ...Also we like sharing, e.g. we share our food (we get regional and saisonal vegetables together)....
In total the rent would be 525 for all the time (which is 350 per month). If you want to stay for a shorter period we can also talk about the rent.
