Wir haben bis August ein Zimmer in unserer Wunscherschönen WG frei!
Das Zimmer besticht durch seinen originalen Parkettboden und dem bodentiefen Fenster, das auf einen kleinen französischen Balkon auf die Münchener Straße hinzeigt und von dem man nicht nur die Straße beobachtet, sonder auch die Obstauslage der tollen Märkte bestauenen kann. Aber keine Sorge, die Fenster sind gut isoliert, sodass man nachts keinen Trubel mitbekommt. In der Miete von 395€ sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten und das Zimmer wird inklusive Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kleiderstangen und Kommode vermietet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau mit hohen Decken, 5 Zimmern, einem großen Wohnflur, einem Bad mit Badewanne und seperater Toilette, einer großen Küche mit einem großen Tisch und sogar einer Spühlmaschine.

The room is 17m2 big and has beautiful wooden floors and an mini balcony (french balkony) out to the Münchener Straße. Its a lovely view on the street full of Bars, Restaurants and ethnic supermarkets. The windows are very good insulatet so there is no Problem with louder nights or parties outside.
The flat is in an super beautiful building, with high ceilings and beautiful floors. It has five rooms, a very spacious hallway, a bathroom with tub and an extra toilett and also a big kitchen with a big kitchentable.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in der belebten Münchener Straße und ist somit super zentral gelegen. Verkehrsanbiendungen finden sich direkt vor der Haustür, zum Hauptbahnhof oder Willy-Brand-Platz läuft man nur 5 Minuten. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens finden sich direkt vor der Haustür.
The flat is located super central within a 5 minute walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof or the Willy-Brand-Platz. The area offers everything you need, supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants and more.
Die Wohnung würdest du dir mit Amanda, Brandon, Mario und Edu teilen,alle zwischen 24 und 34. Amanda und Barndon gehen auf die Städl Kunsthochschule, Edu macht eine Weiterbildung zum Grafikdesigner und Mario arbeitet neben seiner Bachelor Thesis bei Stadtsalat. Amanda und Brandond sprechen nur englisch.
Alle haben relativ eine Tagesabläufe und Leben, trotzdem versuchen wir immer mal wieder für ein kleines Dinner oder ein paar Drinks zusammen zu kommen, sodass es keine Zweck WG ist.
You will share the apartment with Amanda, Brandon, Mario and Edu, all between 24 and 34 years old. Amanda and Brandon go to the Städl Art School, Edu is on its way to become a graphic designer and Mario is doing his Bachelors and works for Stadtsalat. Amanda and Brandon are native English speakers. We all have pretty different lives and routines but still try to come together for one of Brandons amazingly cookes dinners or some drinks whenever we can.
