Die Wohnung begeistert mit ihren hohen Decken, Stuckverzierungen und Parkettböden – ein echtes Schmuckstück mit ganz besonderem Charme!

Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit Bett und Kleiderschrank, sodass du direkt einziehen und dich wohlfühlen kannst.
The apartment is super central, just a few minutes' walk from Frankfurt Main Station. From there you have direct connection to regional and distance trains, S-Bahn, subway, tram and buses. The airport can also be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Shops, cafés, restaurants and gyms are also nearby. Perfect for those who want to be flexible both within Frankfurts and across regional borders!
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Von dort hast du direkten Anschluss an Regional- und Fernzüge, S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Busse. Auch der Flughafen ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit der S-Bahn erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants und Fitnessstudios befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. In the large shared kitchen there is a beautiful wooden table that is perfect for shared meals or relaxing evenings. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and there is also a washing machine and a dryer for all roommates. Especially practical: A cleaning lady regularly takes care of the shared spaces. There is also a bathroom and a separate guest toilet – which ensures a relaxed co-existence in everyday life.
Die WG ist ideal für Pendler:innen oder Berufstätige, die ein ruhiges und gepflegtes Zuhause suchen, ohne auf die Nähe zur City verzichten zu wollen. Wir freuen uns über jemanden, der zuverlässig, unkompliziert und offen für ein nettes Miteinander ist.
In der großen Gemeinschaftsküche gibt es einen schönen Holztisch, der sich perfekt für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten oder entspannte Abende eignet. Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet, und es gibt außerdem eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner für alle Mitbewohner:innen. Besonders praktisch: Eine Putzfrau kümmert sich regelmäßig um die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume. Außerdem gibt es ein Badezimmer und ein separates Gäste-WC – das sorgt für ein entspanntes Miteinander im Alltag.
