Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem gemütlichen Boxspringbett, Nachttisch, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und auch Flachbild TV ausgestattet. Zusätzlich verfügt jedes Zimmer über einen eigenen WLAN-Router.
Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung für alle Bewohner stehen die neue Einbauküche und der neue Sanitärbereich mit 3 Duschkabinen und 3 WCs, sowie 1 Waschmaschine und 1 Trockner zur Verfügung.
Austattung der Küche mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Spülmaschine, 3 Kühl-/Gefrierschränke und div. Ober- und Unterschränken (Grundausstattung Geschirr und Kochutensilien vorhanden).
Die Etage wird in den gemeinschaftlichen Bereichen durch den Vermieter wiederkehrend gereinigt.

This 10 room shared flat is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet rear building close to Frankfurt central station.
Each room is equipped with a bed incl. bedding and linen, a spacious wardrobe, desk with chair, TV and its own WIFI router.
For common use of all residents are the built-in kitchen and the new sanitary area with 3 shower cubicles and 3 toilets, as well as 1 washing machine and 1 dryer available.
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with stove, hob, dishwasher, and dishes and cooking utensils. There are 3 fridges/freezers and also a dining table.
The floor is cleaned in the common areas by the landlord on a recurring basis.
Die Taunusstraße befindet sich mitten im Banken-/Bahnhofsviertel (auch Rotlichtmilieu), sehr zentral, Geschäfte, Night-Clubs, Restaurants, Bars, alles direkt vor der Haustür. Zum Mainufer ebenfalls nur 5 Fußminuten. Das Szenenviertel ist ein Hotspot in der Frankfurter Multi-Kulti Gesellschaft.
