Einheitlich in allen Objekten sind die Konditionen bzgl. Kaution, hier gilt immer 1 Monatsgebühr, welche bei Buchung eines Zimmers zu zahlen ist und welche innerhalb 1 Woche nach ordnungsgem. Rückgabe des Zimmers zurückgezahlt wird.

Einheitlich in allen Objekten ist auch eine einmalige Endreinigungs-Pauschale in Höhe von € 250,-.
