24 qm :) Sonniges Zuhause in sympathischer WG im Herzen Frankfurts / Sunny home in a nice community in the heart of the city / Benvenuti in un' appartamento luminoso con coinquilini:e simpatici:e!

Das Bahnhofsviertel ist quirlig und spannend und die Kaiserstraße auch mitten in der Nacht als Frau kein Problem. Von unserer Wohnung aus sind es zu Fuß 2 Min zum Willy-Brandt-Platz und weniger als 10 zum Hauptbahnhof, Altstadt, Innenstadt, Westend und Sachsenhausen sind gut zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad sogar in 5 Min zu erreichen, und auch die Viertel, die weiter weg sind, erreicht man mit den Öffentlichen fast alle, ohne umsteigen zu müssen!

The Bahnhofsviertel is vivid and interesting and the Kaiserstraße safe during night and day. From our appartment you are at Willy-Brandt-Platz in 2, at Frankfurt Main Station in less than 10 Minutes walking. Sachsenhausen, Innenstadt, Altstadt and Westend are within a 5-min-bike-distance, and most of the other parts of Frankfurt you can reach with public transport without changing train, tram or whatever.

Im Moment sind wir Doro, Max, Leonie, Marcel und Patrick.
Wir treffen uns ab und zu in der Küche und kochen auch mal zusammen, das ist aber gerade eher selten. Das war mal anders und kann auch wieder anders werden. In der WG wird es möglicherweise in nächster Zeit einen größeren Wechsel geben und sich damit natürlich auch die Art des Zusamnenlebens neu entwickeln. Wenn du einziehst, kannst du das also aktiv mitgestalten.

Max studiert Physik, ist aber nicht der klassische Sheldon, es sei denn jemand verstellt den Thermostat :D
Er macht gerne Sport und ist auch sonst offen für alles mögliche, sei es ein Spaziergang am Main, andere Unternehmungen oder einfach ein entspanntes Gespräch über alles und die Welt.

Doro mag fremde Sprachen und Kulturen, hat schon mehrmals länger im Ausland gelebt und interessiert sich für Politik und Soziales. Außerdem spielt sie Impro und anderes Theater, schaut sich gern ungewöhnliche Ausstellungen an (also alles außer Gemäldegalerien), tanzt gerne Samba, Chacha, Jive und andere Tänze und mag es, abends oder wann auch immer mit anderen zusammenzusitzen und über die Welt und das Leben zu philosophieren. Parties mag sie nicht so, aber bei Brettspielabenden ist sie definitiv dabei ;).

Leonie ist noch ganz neu in Frankfurt nach 10 Jahren Studium und Arbeit außerhalb Hessens. Sie arbeitet als Nachhaltigkeitsberaterin und ist auch sonst ganz begeistert von allem was sich um das Thema dreht. In ihrer Freizeit spielt sie gerne Badminton, geht zu Acroyoga, oder wandert bei gutem Wetter draußen in der Natur. Sie freut sich auf viele gemütliche Stunden am Mainufer mit Wein oder Bier, Fahrradtouren und darauf, dass man vielleicht irgendwann wieder tanzen gehen kann.

Marcel ist seit Mai neu in der WG und auch neu in Frankfurt. Eigentlich ist er für die Arbeit hierhergezogen, aber über die Arbeit reden ist nicht seine Stärke. Reden hingegen schon (aber nicht am frühen Morgen, da funktioniert gar nichts) und Sachen unternehmen erst recht: Kulinarische Erkundungen, kulturelle Events aller Art, umso absurder und ausgefallener umso besser, und dann, in den späteren Abendstunden, Sport machen (er behauptet nämlich, dass tanzen im Club als Sport zählt).
Patrick wird noch etwas über sich schreiben:).

Wir nehmen Corona als Gefahr ernst, sind alle geimpft und es ist uns wichtig, damit so umzugehen, dass sich alle in der WG wohlfühlen.

At the moment we are Doro, Max, Leonie, Marcel and Patrick. We meet from time to time in the kitchen and cook together, but that is rather rare right now. That used to be different and can become different again. There may be a major change in the flat-sharing community in the near future, and the way we live together will naturally develop in a new way. So when you move in, you can actively help shape that.

Doro likes foreign languages and cultures, has lived abroad several times for a longer period of time, and is interested in politics and social issues. She also plays impro
and other theater, likes to look at unusual exhibitions (i.e. everything except painting galleries), likes to dance samba, chacha, Jive and other dances and likes to sit
together with others in the evening or whenever and philosophize about the world and life. She's not a fan of parties but definitely in when it comes to organizing board game evenigs ;).

Max studies physics, but is not the classic Sheldon, unless someone adjusts the thermostat :D
He likes to do sports and is also open for everything else, be it a walk along the river Main, other ventures or just a relaxed conversation about everything and the world.

Leonie is still very new in Frankfurt after 10 years of studying and working outside of Hesse. She works as a sustainability consultant and is also very enthusiastic about everything else that revolves around the topic. In her free time she likes to play badminton, go to acroyoga, or hike outside in nature when the weather is good. She is looking forward to many leisurely hours on the banks of the Main with wine or beer, bicycle tours, and perhaps being able to go dancing again someday.

Marcel joined the flat in Mai and is also new to Frankfurt. He moved here for work, but talking about work is not his strength. However, talking in general (but not in the early morning, nothing works well then) and undertaking things are: Culinary explorations, cultural events of all kinds, the more absurd and offbeat the better, and then, in the later hours of the night, doing sports (as he claims that dancing in clubs counts as sport).

Al momento siamo Doro, Max, Leonie, Marcel e Patrick. A volte cuciniamo insieme, ma al momento è piuttosto raro. Una volta era diverso e può cambiare di nuovo. Nel prossimo futuro potrebbe esserci un grande cambiamento nella WG, e il modo in cui viviamo insieme si svilupperà naturalmente in modo nuovo. Perciò se ti transferisci da noi sarai anche tu a dare forma al nuovo nodo di vivere insieme.

Doro ama le lingue e le culture straniere, ha vissuto all'estero diverse volte e si interessa di politica e di questioni sociali. Fa improvvisazione, le piace guardare mostre insolite (cioè tutto tranne le gallerie di pittura), le piace ballare samba, chacha, jive e altro e le piace sedersi insieme ad altri la sera o quando vuole e filosofeggiare sul mondo e sulla vita. Non ama i party ma ad organizzare una serata di giochi ci sta definitivamente! :)

Max studia fisica, ma non è il classico Sheldon, a meno che qualcuno non regoli il termostato :D
Gli piacciono gli sport ed è aperto a qualsiasi altra cosa, che sia una passeggiata lungo il fiume Main, altre attività o semplicemente una conversazione rilassata su tutto e sul mondo.

Leonie è ancora molto nuova a Francoforte dopo 10 anni di studio e lavoro fuori dall'Assia. Lavora come consulente per la sostenibilità ed è anche molto entusiasta di tutto ciò che ruota intorno all'argomento. Nel suo tempo libero, le piace giocare a badminton, andare a fare acroyoga o fare escursioni nella natura quando il tempo è buono. Non vede l'ora di passare molte ore piacevoli sulle rive del Meno con vino o birra, di fare giri in bicicletta e forse di poter andare di nuovo a ballare un giorno.


Marcel è nuovo nella flat-share da maggio ed è anche nuovo a Francoforte. In realtà si è trasferito qui per lavoro, ma parlare di lavoro non è il suo punto forte. Parlare, invece, sì (ma non la mattina presto, lì non funziona niente) e fare cose ancora di più: esplorazioni culinarie, eventi culturali di ogni tipo, più assurdi e insoliti sono meglio è, e poi, nelle ore più tarde della sera, fare sport (sostiene che ballare in discoteca conta come sport).

Heizung ist inbegriffen, Strom, WLAN, GEZ etc. kommen obendrauf. Insgesamt sind es 693€.
Außerdem bekommen wir wahrscheinlich demnächst eine Erhöhung der Nebenkosten (wegen Gas und Heizung...)
