Aufgrund meines Auszuges in eine neue Wohnung, suchen wir einen neuen freundlichen Mitbewohner, der das Zimmer ab 01.11.2021 übernehmen kann. Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, perfekt wenn du, zum Zug, zum Nachtbus etc. gehen musst. Supermärkte, Bars, die Skyline Plaza sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Das gemütliche Zimmer hat ein Bett mit Matratze, Sofa, couchtisch, Bücherregal und einen Stuhl (dies sollte für einen Gesamtbetrag von 200 Euro gekauft werden). Das Zimmer hat eine Tür zum Terrasse. Der Hinterhof ist durch die Hintertür erreichbar, wo man Fahrräder abstellen kann. Die Größe des Zimmers beträgt ca. 15 m2. Die monatliche Miete beträgt ca. 420€ (inklusive Wifi etc.)+ 750€ Kaution.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wifi). Wir haben eine große sonnige Terrasse, die Wohnung selbst befindet sich im EG.
