Die Lage ist sehr lukrativ, da die Wohnung bzw. das Zimmer sich im Bahnhofsviertel befindet.
Es ist dementsprechend super zentral gelegen, zu Fuß erreicht man die Innenstadt in weniger als 10 min, der Hauptbahnhof befindet sich nur 5 min entfernt. Der Main ist direkt vor der Tür nur 2 min Fußweg entfernt. Man kommt so ziemlich von der Wohnung überall schnell hin.
Auch die Verkehrslage ist nicht schlecht, praktisch vor der Tür fahren drei Straßenbahnlinien und auch U - Bahnen.
Zum Viertel: es ist sehr sehr vielseitig und steckt voller Leben. Es befinden sich türkische, wie marokkanische oder indische Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nicht zu vergessen, die Restaurants und auch ein paar Bars oder Kneipen, wo sich ganz viele Leute treffen. Konträr dazu befinden sich ebenso die Bordelle und Druckräume im Viertel.

Meine Mitbewohner*innen sind beide sehr entspannt. Sie sind in den 30er und beide auch schon berufstätig. Eine Mitbewohnerin ist eine begeisterte Läuferin und freut sich über Gesellschaft beim Sport, generell ist sie sehr gesellig. Die Andere macht gerne Fahrradtouren, wenn das Wetter passt, und diskutiert gerne über gesellschaftskritische Themen. Immer mal wieder schaut sie auch einen Film im Wohnzimmer. Generell nehmen wir viel am Leben der anderen teil, das ist aber natürlich kein muss. Doch nur eine (die Läuferin) wirst du über den Weg laufen, da die andere in diesem Zeitraum auch nicht da sein wird.
Wie Putzplan- und Kühlschrank-Politik aussehen soll, kann ausgehandelt werden.

Was mir noch einfällt und ebenfalls sehr pragmatisch sein kann, wir haben ein Bad mit Klo und aber ein extra Klo. Das heißt gediegen baden ist auch drin.

Ein angenehmes Miteinander ist uns wichtig und aus diesem Grund sollte klar sein, dass es kein Platz für jegliche sexistische, rassistische, homo-/transphobe, querdenkerische, verschwurbelte Haltungen etc. gibt!

I'm looking for an interim tenant for the period mentioned above. The photo only gives a small insight, but this way you can get an impression of the room. It is definitely big and contains a bed that also serves as a wardrobe, a desk, a blue armchair, a small stool and a small round table. It has a large window, which is besieged by some plants. So the room is not only a bedroom, it is also a comfort zone! In addition, it needs to be said that there is a spacious and cosy living room in the flat as well as a relatively large kitchen with a balcony.
The location is very lucrative, as the flat/room is in the station district. Accordingly, it is super centrally located, you can reach the city centre on foot in less than 10 minutes, and the main railway station is only 5 minutes away. The Main River is right outside the door, just a 2 minutes walk away. You can get pretty much everywhere quickly from the flat. The transport situation is not bad either, there are three tram lines and underground trains practically in front of the door. About the neighbourhood: it is very diverse and full of life. There are Turkish, Moroccan and Indian supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Not to forget the restaurants and a few bars or pubs, where many people meet. Contrary to this, there are also bordellos and pressure rooms (integrative drug help) in the neighbourhood.

My flatmates are both very relaxed. They are in their 30s and both already work. One flatmate is an avid runner and enjoys company while doing sports, she is generally very sociable. The other one likes to go on bike tours when the weather suits her and enjoys discussing socially critical topics. Every now and then she also watches a film in the living room. In general, we participate a lot in each other's lives, but that's not a must, of course. But only one flatmate (the runner) will cross your path, as the other won't be there during this period.
What the cleaning schedule and fridge policy should look like, can be negotiated.

Another thing that occurs to me, which can also be very pragmatic, is that we have a bathroom with a toilet and an extra toilet. That means long bathing is also possible.

A pleasant coexistence is important to us and for this reason it should be clear that there is no place for any sexist, racist, homo-/transphobic, cross-thinking, convoluted attitudes etc.!
