During my internship abroad I rent my fully furnished room for rent from the beginning of June until the end of August (an additional room is also available for rent in the same period).
The room is part of a modern, spacious 4s WG on the ground floor with access to the terrace, bright, quiet and stylish furnishings. There is a cozy bed, a desk with screen (perfect for home office), plenty of storage space, shelf and a reading corner with carpet. Commode or Wardrobe are located in the hallway.
There are two bathrooms, each spacious and equipped with a shower and a towel heater. A bathroom also has a bathtub.
The entire apartment is highly equipped (parkling floor, modern kitchen, washing machine/dryer, etc.) and lovingly furnished – with many plants, large living room, dining table, sofa, electric piano and two terraces.
Während meines Auslandspraktikums vermiete ich mein voll möbliertes Zimmer zur Untermiete von Anfang Juni bis Ende August (ein weiteres Zimmer ist ebenfalls zur Untermiete im gleichen Zeitraum verfügbar).
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer modernen, großzügigen 4er-WG im Erdgeschoss mit Zugang zur Terrasse, hell, ruhig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt ein gemütliches Bett, einen Schreibtisch mit Bildschirm (perfekt für Home Office), viel Stauraum, Regal und eine Leseecke mit Teppich. Kommode bzw. Kleiderschrank befinden sich im Flur.
Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, die jeweils geräumig sind und mit einer Dusche ebenso wie einem Handtuchwärmer ausgestattet sind. Ein Badezimmer hat außerdem zusätzlich eine Badewanne.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet (Parkettboden, moderne Küche, Waschmaschine/Trockner, etc.) und liebevoll eingerichtet – mit vielen Pflanzen, großem Wohnzimmer, Esstisch, Sofa, E-Piano und zwei Terrassen.
Top location in the Frankfurter Europaviertel, right at the Europa-Allee, just minutes to Deloitte, PwC etc.
Good connection by bus (M46/M50,M52 with direct connection to the main station, Bockenheimer Warte and the fair) or tram (16/17).
Rewe & DM are within 2 minutes walking distance. Skyline Plaza is also within walking distance.
Top Lage im Frankfurter Europaviertel, direkt an der Europa-Allee, nur wenige Minuten zu Deloitte, PwC etc.
Gute Anbindung mit dem Bus (M46/M50,M52 mit Direktverbindung zum Hauptbahnhof, Bockenheimer Warte und der Messe) oder der Straßenbahn (16/17).
Rewe & DM sind in unter 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Skyline Plaza befindet sich ebenfalls fußläufig.
We are all dual students at Deutsche Bank and are studying here at Frankfurt School. The WG life is quite active – we cook a lot together, look back and forth a movie or series together or go out. If no one plays the piano, it is usually rather quiet in the apartment – especially since many of us are often on the go not only during the day but also in the evening. Last, but no least – Pluspoint is definitely when you have a green thumb: The apartment is well equipped with plants and even if we are unfortunately little talented in the way, we give our best to keep the good alive.
Wir alle sind Duale Studenten bei der Deutschen Bank und studieren hier in Frankfurt an der Frankfurt School. Das WG-Leben ist recht aktiv – wir kochen viel zusammen, schauen Abends hin und wieder einen Film oder eine Serie zusammen oder gehen aus. Wenn gerade niemand Klavier spielt, ist es in der Wohnung eigentlich ansonsten eher leise – zumal viele von uns nicht nur tagsüber sondern auch Abends häufig unterwegs sind. Last, but no least – Pluspunkt ist auf jeden Fall, wenn ihr einen grünen Daumen habt: Die Wohnung ist gut mit Pflanzen ausgestattet und auch wenn wir in der Hinsicht leider wenig talentiert sind, geben wir unser Bestes, die Guten am Leben zu halten.
