Hallo zusammen,
da meine Mitbewohnerin zum 1.11 auszieht (nach Absprache auch ein bisschen früher möglich), habe ich ein Zimmer zu vermieten (2-er WG).
Die ganze Wohnung befindet sich sehr nah an der U-Bahn Station Kirchplatz im Bockenheim. Sie liegt im 4. Stockwerk. Sie ist 54 qm groß und hat den perfekten WG-Schnitt (langer Flur mit zwei Zimmern an den beiden Enden; Fotos anbei).
Das Zimmer, um welches es sich handelt, ist 13,5 qm groß und wird unmöbliert vermietet. Meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin möchte aber den Schrank hier lassen und wünscht sich dafür 50 euro.
Die Miete ist pauschal 550 euro pro Monat inkl. Internet, Rundfunkbeitrag und Strom. Sonst gibt es keine Abstandgebühren (die Küche und das Bad sind möbliert) aber die Kaution (in Höhe von 550 euro) muss entrichtet werden.
Zu meiner Person: habe an der Goethe Uni meinen Master gemacht und arbeite zurzeit bei einer Agentur, die internationale Handels- und Investitionsmöglichkeiten fördert. Ich bin nicht so oft zu Hause, also wirst du die Wohnung viel nur für dich haben.
Ich suche eine nichtrauchende Mitbewohnerin, die auch eher ruhig ist.

Dear all,
my flatmate is moving out and I have a room for rent. It will be free from the 1.11 (also maybe a bit earlier).
The flat is in Bockenheim, very close the metro station Kirchplatz. It's 4th floor. The whole flat is 54 sq. m. and is perfect for a WG (long corridor with two rooms on the opposite sides of it; photos attached). The room is 13.5 sq. m. and will be rented unfurnished, however, my current flatmate will leave the wardrobe for 50 euros.
The rent is 550 euros including Internet, German TV-Licence and electricity. Otherwise there are no other costs of moving in except for a deposit (550 euros).
About me: I did my Master's at Goethe Uni and am now working for an international investment and trade promotion agency. I do not spend too much time at home, so you will have the whole flat for yourself quite often.
I am looking for a rather quiet, no-smoking, female flatmate.
