Wir suchen eine/n Untermieter/in für ein ca. 14 qm Zimmer in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Westbahnhof. Das Zimmer wäre ab dem 01.07.2019 frei.
Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad. Alle bewohnten Zimmer sind von einem Gang im Eingangsbereich begehbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Westbahnhof (5 min zu Fuß). Vor uns liegt die Straßenbahnhaltestelle zur 17 und ca. 5 min weiter fährt die Tram 16. Zudem fahren die Busse 36 und 32 vom Westbahnhof. Man braucht ca. 5-10 min zum Hauptbahnhof.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe (Leipzigerstraße) - Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, DM, etc..
Der Uni Campus Bockenheim ist zudem in unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 10 min zu Fuß), als auch der Campus Westend (ca. 15 min mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad) und zum Sportcampus sind es ca. 10 min (Tram).
Mit dir zusammenwohnen würden Julia (24), studiert Soziale Arbeit und Katharina (26) arbeitet Vollzeit. Unser WG-Leben ist locker: man trifft sich in der Küche zu einem Glas Wein oder unternimmt draußen etwas. Privatsphäre wird respektiert, aber natürlich wünschen wir uns jemanden, der kommunikativ und offen ist und auch gerne etwas unternimmt.
Uns wäre wichtig, dass es menschlich zwischen uns passt, daher legen wir Wert auf eine aussagekräftige Beschreibung von dir!
